According to the public relations report of Etrat Bootorab institution, the first training course for new social workers was held in the implementation of the "Bootorab Families Empowerment Program. .During this three-day training course, which was held from 24th to 26th June at the head office of the institution, 9 social workers from the three provinces of West Azarbaijan, Kermanshah, Kohgiluyeh, and Boye Ahmad, in order to familiarize themselves with the general strategy and policies of the institution and basic training. They attended the head office of the institution to start work. During this training course, all the managers of the institution's central units provided the assistants with the necessary information and training regarding the acquaintance of the assistants with the institution and its general goals and plans. Also, Dr. Abbas Ali Yazdani, a member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Association of Social Workers, and Dr. Ali Asghar Ahmadi, a psychologist and member of the academic staff of the University of Tehran, during this three-day course, in order to provide the best possible education and scientific and professional advancement of social workers, provided counseling and training to the workers. It should be mentioned that after the completion of the course and getting the necessary preparation to enter the field of work, each social worker would be responsible for 30 welfare cases in his/her city of residence and will help the clients in order to improve life and empower the target society. rth mentioning that the "Empowerment of Bootorab Families" program is one of the programs of the Bootorab Institution, the purpose of which is to monitor the situation of the covered families, identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and environmental threats of each family, and then draw the ideal situation of the family and design the course of action. It is to realize the empowerment of the family with the participation of its members. In this program, it is tried to improve the self-confidence of family members and acquire the necessary ability to organize and manage their life affairs through enthusiastic activity. ".
