One of the most successful children supported by the institution:

I get strength from my supporters. Building a bright future is my motivation to endure hardships

I get strength from my supporters. Building a bright future is my motivation to endure hardships
When we call, his mother answers. When she hears the name of the institution, Etrat Bootorab, in the Kurdish language, and with her sweet accent, she begins pray for us.
Ali is the eldest child of a family of orphans under the cover of the institution; he is a twelfth semester medical student at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and lives 50 km away from his family in a student dormitory. We contacted him to find out how the problems and hardships not only did not destroy him, but also made him such a successful young man.

Ali is 24 years old and after completing his pre-university studies, he was accepted into the medical department of Sanandaj University. He spends the first three years in this university, but due to being far away from his family, he decides to announce his transfer request to Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. In the absence of his father, he feels that he must be close to his mother and family and take care of them. Now he is busy completing an internship at Kermanshah University with a high GPA, which will end in six months.

We ask about his family's condition, he says that his younger brother was also successfully accepted into the laboratory science department of Kermanshah University this year. His sister is getting a diploma and has registered in the hawzeh , but due to the fact that the mother did not stay alone, she did not continue. At home, the mother also prepares milk, buttermilk and yogurt for daily consumption with two or three goats.

I want to ask about his father but I am afraid to upset him, I make a small reference to his childhood memories, he is silent for a few moments and then continues. When I was a child, I used to go to my father's small farm; we worked there for hours together. My father was a shepherd, and he had a number of sheep and goats, I loved to go shepherding with him. But at the beginning of the second year of elementary school, my father's condition worsened and we lost him due to stomach cancer.

When my father passed away, I stayed with my 30-year-old mother and my younger sister and brother. We had a humble and simple house with a wooden roof, the lower floor of which was the place to keep several heads of sheep and goats. We started selling sheep to earn a living, after a short time we sold all of them and we were left empty-handed again. We visited the relief foundation to get help, it took about three years for the necessary follow-ups to be done and for us to be under the support of this foundation.

He says that when my father died, I was not aware of the problems due to my young age. We had to go to another village for the middle school course, I faced some problems to prepare the service fee, but with the encouragement of my mother and also the good people of the local mosque, the middle school course ended with a grade above 19.

During the high school period, I had a little drop in my studies due to some new problems. Our house was old and in need of basic and necessary repairs. We were looking for a 6 million loan from the relief foundation to knock down the house. We were involved in this issue for about two and a half years. During this period, 4 of us moved to a 12-meter room of a relative and we lived there in very difficult conditions.

All these issues reduced my high school and pre-university GPA to 15. Now, I had very little time left to prepare myself for the entrance exam, but I did not have the necessary study resources. My high school teacher, who was the director of one of the educational institutions, based on his knowledge of my talents, decided to provide me with the opportunity to use the educational services of the institution free. After the announcement of the results, I was able to repay the love of these dear ones to some extent, however small, by getting a three-digit rank. I finally entered the university and now I could fulfill my goals by studying.

I asked when he got familiar with Bootorab Institution

He says that it was Eid of 1393 when the members of this institution came to our house and we received the first financial aid from them. The allowances of these benefactors, which are deposited into our account monthly, have made the situation more favorable for me and my sister and brother, and we are living more hopeful than before. Also, receiving educational allowances from a sponsor caused me to have a growing educational process. At the beginning of last year, they sent me a series of medical equipment, such as a blood pressure monitor and gown, which were among my essential needs.

My educational resources in the field of medicine are very expensive, but with the help of the officials, I have no problem with this. Supporters’ help made me feel relax.
In our society, people just think about themselves and they are looking for a luxury life.
Due to this situation, having these supporters that care about poor people, motivate they and me build a bright future for students like me. I will do my best and study well .I hope that one day I will reach a place where I can heal the pain of those in need

After completing his studies, his goal is to enter the job market so that he can gain new experiences in this field, but his next and bigger goal is to continue his studies in the specialization period and further growth.
Ali is a person who loves books and studies and is an active person in society. He is particularly interested in the books of Shahid Avini and Shahid Motahri. He participates in cultural and religious activities.

He had lots of problems and financial issues from his childhood, but never prevented him from reaching high goals and continuing his education, and material things have never been and will never be his priority in life. I heard from the people of the mosque, I will never forget, Hazrat Ali says: "Knowledge is better because you have to keep the wealth, but knowledge keeps you." This sentence has always been my model in life. In the world where, according to Ali, material things are the first word, the nature of hindrance was an amazing feature in the personality and spirit of this young man. We asked him if he needs something and his answer was negative.

Ali's definition of happiness is very heartwarming and it is even more beautiful that Ali considers himself a happy person. He sees happiness in health and peace. He says that as soon as you have a healthy family and can maintain your relationship with God, the feeling of peace and happiness will appear in your heart. You should look for happiness within yourself, not look for it in appearances.

Ali is one of the very successful children under the support of our institution, based on his experiences, he says that today's young people must have will and draw a specific goal for themselves, so that they can try to achieve more and more success in this way. Ali's wish is that Imam Zaman has a special look at him and that he can be a soldier of Imam Zaman.
Without his presence, the show of life would have lacked something, he has come to be a good actor in the scene of his life..
